This sounds like a great opportunity to get some attention to the literary folks in your area, Laura, even if you end up with a winner from Timbuktu! Nice to let the world know there's a vibrant writing community in your neck of the woods in Minnesota. Now, I've got a few groups that I belong to with wonderful writers. I'm sure their members would be thrilled to send stories in!
